By installing or using CallGenius, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
CallGenius screens incoming calls on your device, identifies likely spam and fraud using on-device analysis and a community-reported spam database, and lets you block, allow, and organize numbers. An optional Premium subscription unlocks additional features described in the app.
Premium is billed through Google Play, at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be canceled anytime from Google Play — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's own refund policy, not directly by us.
Please use CallGenius as intended: don't submit false or malicious spam reports, don't attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its backend services, and don't use CallGenius for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to shared services (like community reporting) for accounts or devices that abuse them.
Spam and fraud detection is probabilistic, not certain. CallGenius may occasionally miss a spam call or flag a legitimate one — please use your own judgment, especially for calls claiming to be from a bank, government agency, or other sensitive source.
CallGenius is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallGenius and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed calls, misclassified calls, or reliance on a risk score.
We may update CallGenius and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and summarized in the in-app changelog (About → What's New). Continuing to use CallGenius after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You may stop using CallGenius at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or restrict access to shared services for use that violates these terms.
